These are the official OS update for Blackberry Tour from several carries. You can get the OS from each carriers Blackberry download page. Be sure to delete the vendor.xml if the OS is not from your carrier.

Apparently RIM has pulled the update and users are no longer getting it via Desktop Manager. Some users have experienced errors in the upgrade process, so possibly this is related to RIM pulling it.

It looks like OS 4.7.1.42 for the Tour 9630 has popped up on the web today. This OS isn’t a huge step forward for Tour owners, but at least its something new. No word if this is actually an improvement over the stock OS, but drop a comment and let us know your findings.
